I was working on a client’s website and I got this error message “Fatal error: Cannot declare class WC_Settings_General, because the name is already in use in /(hosting)/website/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/settings/class-wc-settings-general.php on line 0 The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

So I started by deactivating all the plugins one after the other and refresh after each deactivation and voila I found the plugin causing the issue.

Thankfully, my client wasn’t using it anymore. So I just deactivated but you need to use it, You will need to update the plugin to the latest version.
